Product Manager: Evidence Synthesis

Lead our MVP from spec → ship → iterate. You will define the product roadmap, prioritize features based on user research and regulatory requirements and work closely with engineering and domain experts.

About the Role

Puraite is building AI-powered tools that transform how medical researchers conduct systematic literature reviews. We’re looking for a Product Manager to own our MVP and drive it from concept to launch and beyond. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and product development—collaborating with our technical and clinical teams to build tools that researchers love.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization for our evidence synthesis platform
• Work directly with founders to shape product strategy and vision
• Conduct user research with pharmaceutical researchers and clinicians
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship features
• Run product experiments and iterate based on user feedback
• Build and maintain product documentation and specifications

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare
• Strong understanding of user research and data-driven decision making
• Experience working with technical teams and AI/ML products
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in healthcare, medical research, or scientific workflows
